Glide is attention training for elite sport, built to sit inside the way a team already trains. Short, multisensory sessions that train the attention an athlete draws on under pressure, and help them settle and recover between efforts.

In elite sport, the body is trained with precision, while the attention a key moment demands is mostly left to instinct. Attention isn't fixed. Like any capacity, it can be built, and a few minutes can train the control an athlete relies on when it counts.

Glide trains attention directly, through short, multisensory sessions on a wheel you follow by sight, sound and touch. The work is simple and repeatable: stay with the task, notice when attention has drifted, and bring it back. The bringing-back is the rep.
It trains what an athlete uses constantly: holding attention on what matters, returning to it when it slips, and settling between efforts. The framework draws on established attention science.

Glide is being tested with a GB women’s hockey squad squad of elite athletes, full internationals ranked among the best in the world. The work is shaped with the squad and their staff, in the environment it is built for.
We build Glide on evidence, not opinion. The work brings together behavioural science, neuroscience and feedback from elite athletes, with ongoing research using EEG, validated measures and physical and cognitive testing. A peer-reviewed paper and a case study from this work are in preparation.
