GLIDE™ — Delete your account.
This page lets you ask us to delete your Glide account and the personal data linked to it. You can also start this from inside the Glide app, under Account settings.
If you have a paid subscription, please read this first. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account here does not cancel your subscription — Apple or Google will keep billing you. Please cancel it with them first:
Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Google Play: open the Play Store → Subscriptions
If you subscribed directly from our website, we’ll cancel it as part of deleting your account.
What deleting your account does. We permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it, including the wellbeing and attention data from your practice — your entries, your session and Drift readings, and your intention words. This cannot be undone; once deleted, your data can't be recovered.
What we have to keep, and why. We're legally required to keep certain records — for example, payment and billing records for 7 years for tax purposes. These are kept only for that legal purpose. Copies of deleted data may remain in our secure encrypted backups for up to 90 days before they're purged, and aren't used for anything else. This matches our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes. We'll email you to confirm it's really you, then delete your account and data within 30 days and email you again once it's done.
Request account deletion.
To delete your account, fill in the form below with the email address on your Glide account and confirm you understand what deletion means. Once you submit it, we'll email that address to check it's really you, and then delete your account and data.
