We want Glide to work well for everyone. Different people show up to the moments that matter in different ways — and the same is true of how we use technology. This statement explains what we’re committed to and how to get in touch if something doesn’t work for you.
Our commitment
We aim for the Glide website and app to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and EN 301 549 — the internationally recognised standards for accessible digital products.
We don’t claim to have reached every aspect of those standards today. We’re working towards them — and we’re committed to fixing accessibility issues when we find them or when you tell us about them.
How we approach accessibility
When we design and build Glide, we keep accessibility in mind from the start. We use accessible web standards, choose colours and typography for readability, and design for keyboard navigation alongside mouse and touch.
As a small team, user feedback is one of our most important sources of information about how the site and app actually perform for everyone. If something doesn’t work for you, we want to hear about it.
If something doesn’t work for you
If you encounter an accessibility issue — anything from a feature that doesn’t work with your assistive technology, to a colour that’s hard to read, to a document you’d like in a different format — please email support@myglide.ai.
Where you can, please tell us what you were trying to do, what didn’t work, and the device or assistive technology you were using.
We aim to respond within 5 working days. If we can fix the issue, we will. If we can’t fix it immediately, we’ll explain what we can do in the meantime and when we expect a permanent fix.

If there’s another document or part of the website or app you’d like in an alternative format, please ask and we’ll do what we reasonably can.
Third-party content
Some parts of our website and app involve services from third parties — including app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics providers. These third parties have their own accessibility characteristics that we don’t directly control.
While we cannot guarantee that third-party services comply with WCAG 2.1 AA or EN 301 549, we encourage our partners to provide accessible experiences. If you encounter accessibility barriers caused by third-party content on our site, please tell us using the contact details above and we’ll look at what we can do.
