Help & Support

  • Glide is a short attention-training app for moments when you need to be at your best — meetings, interviews, performances, presentations, or difficult conversations.

Each session takes 2–6 minutes. You hold your phone and play along with the instrument.

Glide is not a meditation app and is not a medical device.

  • There are different sessions for different occasions. Each session takes 2–6 minutes. You hold your phone and play along with the instrument — a wheel on screen that you rotate in time with the visual and haptic cue. Touch, sound, and visuals respond to your movements as you go.

You can run a session before a specific moment (like a meeting), or use it as a daily practice.

  • No — just your phone.

Headphones are recommended (Glide's audio is spatial and works best with them), but they're not required.

  • Glide is a subscription. Pricing and free trial details are shown in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) listings.

After any free trial, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Cancel through the platform you subscribed on.

    iPhone (Apple App Store):

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Glide → Cancel Subscription.

    Android (Google Play):

Google Play app → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Glide → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

  • Refunds are handled by the platform you subscribed through.

    iPhone (Apple App Store):

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via the Apple Support app. Typical window: 14 days, considered case by case.

    Android (Google Play):

Request a refund via the Google Play app or play.google.com. Typical window: 48 hours after purchase, with longer windows considered case by case.

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. This right is typically exercised through the App Store or Google Play.

If Apple or Google can't help, email support@myglide.ai.
