— OUR MISSION
Give attention the training gym it never had.
Founded by Dan Kemmler and Saj Shah, Momentus Technologies is building that gym. Glide is its first warm-up, built because being there for the moment is the whole game — and the moments that matter most are the ones we never warm up for.
— THE FOUNDERS
Built by the two who bet their careers on attention.
Dan Kemmler
A pharmaceutical executive with two decades of C-suite experience, Dan led strategy and operations across three of the world's largest biotechnology companies — Gilead Sciences, AstraZeneca and Roche — running portfolios worth over $400 million and bringing more than a dozen new medicines to the NHS and health systems worldwide. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, is a member of the Harvard Flourishing at Work Network, and runs a coaching practice grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness. A long-time Vipassanā meditation practitioner, Dan is also a UK Mental Health First-Aider and a Samaritans-trained listener. Across pharmaceutical work, executive coaching and decades of his own meditation practice, he arrived at a single conclusion: the disciplines that help people flourish — clinical, cognitive, contemplative — all rest on a single underlying capacity. Attention. He co-founded Momentus to build the technology that makes it trainable.
Saj Shah
A dual-qualified pharmacist and lawyer, Saj practised as a pharmacist running his family's community pharmacy in London before retraining as a life sciences lawyer. He spent sixteen years at AstraZeneca, where he was Head of Legal and a founding member of its Digital Health department. Outside corporate life, he wrote Joynetix — a book on joy as the antidote to burnout — and gave a TEDx talk on it that went viral, ending 2022 in the top five most-watched with over 2.5 million views. His research around the science of joy led him to a single conclusion: joy depends on attention. The moments worth being in are only available to the attention that's there to meet them. A second TEDx talk on attention followed. He left AstraZeneca to co-found Momentus and build the technology that helps people meet those moments, in the moment.

— THE WIDER TEAM
A small team with an unusually wide reach: neuroscience, education and immersive design.
Lily Owsley MBE
A neuroscientist and an Olympic gold medallist with the Team GB women’s hockey squad. Lily has lived both sides of Glide’s premise: the science of attention, and the high-pressure moments that demand it. She keeps the science honest.
Tarina Shah
Twenty-five years as a clinician and practice leader in optometry, and an accredited VIA Strengths-Based Workplace Coach. Tarina leads Glide’s work with schools: an educator and clinician bringing attention fitness to the people who shape young minds.
Fred Warren
Co-founder of the digital product studio Wonder 14, and a software leader behind real-time platforms used at consumer scale, including the messaging product that became Microsoft Teams. A trained musician, too — which is part of why Glide feels musical in the hand.
